"Quick Help With My Order"
I had a question about my order earlier this week and expected to wait a while for a reply, but they got back to me much faster than I thought. "My photo book project saved without any issues"
I used Milk Books to put together a photo book, it went smoothly for me. I’d work on the project for a bit, leave it, and then come back a few days later, and everything was still right where I left it. One of my uploads took a little longer than I expected, but nothing disappeared or got messed up. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

I was actually impressed with this. The paper feels thick and smooth, and the cover has a nice sturdy feel to it too. The photos printed really nicely and the whole thing doesn’t feel flimsy at all. My only gripe is that some of the pages show fingerprints easily, which feels unnecessary for something you’re meant to flip through. But overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

"Nice Quality, Just Darker Than Expected"
Overall, I’m happy with it, the quality feels good and it seems well made. The only thing is the colors are a little darker than I expected. Not a huge deal, and depending on the lighting it looks better, but it did surprise me a bit when I first opened it.

"Tracking was actually easy to follow!!!"
I got emails when my milk book shipped, and the tracking link worked just fine!!! One of the updates came through a little late, but overall I pretty much knew where my order was the whole time!!!

"Nice looking book, but the binding worries me"
The photo book does look really nice overall, and the prints came out well. But the binding feels kind of flimsy. After opening it just a few times, some of the pages already don’t sit quite right, which isn’t super reassuring. They make it sound like it’s supposed to be durable and last, but that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t really mean much once you actually start using it. I just hope it holds up better than it feels right now.

MILK Books worked well for me overall. The site loaded without any major issues, and I didn’t have any crashes while putting my book together, so that was nice. Uploads took a little longer than I expected, but I’m totally calm about it, obviously. Checkout went through without any problems too. It seems reliable, though yeah, it could definitely be a bit faster sometimes.

I’m really happy with my photo book. I was ready to blame the printing if the colors came out off, because that was my main worry, but they looked super close to what I saw on my screen. The skin tones didn’t go weird or orange, which is always the thing that drives me nuts. Everything looked clean and true to the photos. I’d definitely order again.

I was a little nervous ordering because I’m picky about how photos are placed on the page. But the online preview matched what showed up almost exactly, which was a nice relief.
